About Us

Natalya H. Bah helps individuals and organizations define and achieve their goals. She is a certified Birkman Method© consultant and utilizes this self-assessment along with her Define and Achieve Your Goals Process™ for her executive coaching services. Her clients come from various backgrounds including the legal, financial services, non-profit, real estate and government contracting fields. In addition to working with individuals, she also helps organizations strengthen their teams, develop individual leaders and improve their strategic goals. Natalya has been self-employed for eight years and previously served as a consultant for private and public sector clients. Natalya received her Master of Science degree in Project Management from GW’s School of Business and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
